Senior Peer Counseling

This program is provided Contra Costa County Health Services. This program provides individual counseling to residents of Contra Costa County who are age 55+. Counseling service is provided by trained volunteers who are 55+ and usually occurs in our center, once a week for an hour, for a duration of 8-12 weeks, however, we are currently offering telehealth and in person options. No registration required. Appointments vary. Booking is done over the phone by calling (925) 408-7080. Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm
