For seniors who have limited resources and income*, the pro bono attorneys at the Free Wills Clinics can assist in drafting a simple will. Our clinics do not assist with trusts or more complex estate planning. No resources other than the house and income of $2500 or less single, $3,500 or less couple. No registration required.
