Lights, Camera, Action....If your child likes to Act, Sing & have FUN...then please have your child join the musical cast of “Red Riding Hood!" Our BIG Musical Show, at the end of the Fall Session, will be Wednesday, November 4th, with the final after school class on the day of the Show. We will have 10 Drama gatherings!
PLEASE NOTE: Once your child is enrolled in the class, you will be emailed the SCRIPT AND MUSIC LINK TO THIS MUSICAL. Also, a Character Choice Sheet WILL BE EMAILED to you with the script to have your Child CHOOSE THEIR 5 CHARACTER PREFERENCES. Auditions for the main characters will be at the 1st Drama Class.
Kids love performing in this lively, witty Musical. Plus, they develop poise/stage presence, public-speaking skills and confidence through conquering fears and taking risks, all while having a fun bonding experience with others in a safe, positive environment.
Students will experience the joy of theater practicing voice projection, speaking loud & clear with expression and portraying emotion through dramatic play, plus more... all to inspire students to feel more comfortable speaking in front of a group and believing in themselves. Whether outgoing or quiet, your child will be exposed to the thrill of stage production with costumes, microphones, the beauty of props and scenery around them. In my 20+ years of teaching Musical Theater Drama, I have enjoyed seeing my cast members blossom with confidence, courage and independence over and over. Sign up and let your child's voice be heard!
