Intermediate Teen Gymnastics Tuesdays

These classes provide a fast-paced learning environment for teenagers who are either new or returning to the sport of gymnastics. Kids between the ages of 10 and 17 years can join our co-ed Teen program for a challenging introduction to jumping, swinging, bouncing, running, tumbling, and more with our energetic coaches. These classes are set at an exhilarating pace and you can watch your teen improve their ability and all-around athleticism as they develop gymnastic skills.
