Our medium-size picnic area, permitting up to 75 people, that comes with 6 picnic tables, one large BBQ, and 2 small BBQs and is adjacent to the lake and sand volleyball courts. This is the medium area that is closer to the lake and the Gardens at Heather Farm than Medium Picnic Area 1. Effective 7/01/25 new rate of $275/day.
