Four large picnic tables under large shade structure, closer to recreational swim areas. Does NOT include use of BBQ or refrigerator. Admission for up to 20 guests with the option to add an additional 10 guests for $30. Up to 40 total guests. Splash-pass not included but can be purchased day of. Summer rate is $250.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/Change requests made within 30 days of rental must pay a $50 cancellation/change fee. Cancellation/Change requests made less than 7 days prior to rental date forfeit the charge and will only be reimbursed for the $100 cleaning/damage deposit.
