5 shaded picnic tables, use of BBQ grill, access to refrigerator for food storage. Admission for up to 30 guests with the option to add additional 10 guests for $30 - up to 60 total guests. Splash pass (inflatable and in/out) not included but can be purchased day of. Inflatables only available in summer. Spring/Fall rates are $200, Summer rate is $300.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/Change requests made within 30 days of rental must pay a $50 cancellation/change fee. Cancellation/Change requests made less than 7 days prior to rental date forfeit the charge and will only be reimbursed for the $100 cleaning/damage deposit.
