Available weekends only Summer 6/13/26 – 8/9/26 ($300) Start at 1pm: 6/13, 7/18 Exclusion Dates: 7/4 2 shaded rectangular picnic tables near recreational pool. Does NOT include use of BBQ or refrigerator. Admission for up to 20 guests with the option to add additional 10 guests for $30 - up to 40 total guests. In/out not included but can be purchased day of. Summer rate is $300.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/Change requests made within 30 days of rental must pay a $50 cancellation/change fee. Cancellation/Change requests made less than 7 days prior to rental date forfeit the charge and will only be reimbursed for the $100 cleaning/damage deposit.
