Description
Rose began her career in early childhood education right after high school, and after nine years in the field, she joined KinderCare. Over the years, she’s worked as a Two’s teacher, floater, cook, program specialist, and assistant director. These experiences have given Rose a deep understanding of how to nurture and support children of all ages. She loves helping children feel safe, confident, and secure by being playful and relatable with them—and always ready for a meaningful conversation. She believes that strong relationships with families are the foundation of a thriving learning community. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, traveling to new places, attending concerts and comedy shows, and trying new experiences wherever she can.
