Dear Panther Families,
Welcome back to a new school year at Parkmead Elementary! I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable summer break, filled with memorable experiences and quality time with loved ones. As we embark on another exciting year of learning and growth, I am thrilled to welcome both our returning families and those new to our community. Parkmead is a special place and I know you will quickly learn to love being a Panther!
At Parkmead Elementary, we believe that strong partnerships between home and school are crucial for student success. We encourage you to be an active participant in your child's education by attending school events, volunteering, and maintaining open communication with teachers and staff. I encourage all of our parents to become active members of our PTO Parent Group (PERC (Parkmead Education Resource Council). With your support, our families and students are able to have amazing events, additional supplies for the classrooms, educational on campus field trips and other extracurricular opportunities. Together, we can create a supportive and vibrant community that fosters the growth and development of every child.

I’m honored to serve as the principal of Parkmead Elementary School. It is great to be a part of a community where students, teachers, and families care for each other and strive to build meaningful relationships that support academic and social-emotional growth.
