Mrs. Pam Davis became the principal of Tice Creek in 2026, returning to the place that truly feels like home. Her history with the school runs deep; she was a founding teacher at Tice Creek in 2015 after beginning her teaching career at a STEM-focused school on the Peninsula. 

 With 20 years of experience in education, Mrs. Davis has served as an elementary teacher, a STEM Teacher on Special Assignment, and a district administrator within both the Educational Services and Instructional Technology departments. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development from UC Davis (Go Aggies!) and a Master’s in Educational Leadership as well as a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Administrative Credential.

 Mrs. Davis is a strong advocate of Project-Based Learning, believing deeply in its power to spark student curiosity, collaboration, and joy. She is dedicated to creating hands-on, authentic learning experiences that empower students to solve real-world problems. With her wealth of experience and commitment to students, Mrs. Davis aims to ensure Tice Creek is a place where staff, students and caregivers feel supported, valued and excited to come to school each day. She appreciates the close partnerships with the families and local community which builds the vibrant, supportive environment at Tice Creek, allowing students to feel supported and thrive.  Outside of school, she loves exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
