Library eCard Application
An eCard allows patrons immediate access to many of the Library's online services and databases including Rosetta Stone, LinkedIn Learning, The New York Times and East Bay Times. It also allows patrons to place holds and borrow eBooks.
NOTE: eCards ARE NOT VALID for use with LINK+, Kanopy Movies, Hoopla, or Discover & Go. eCards cannot be used to borrow physical materials like books or DVDs. An email address is required to receive an ecard.
Library eCards are available to anyone living in Contra Costa County. Full-Access Cards, which can be provided to you, free, when you visit a library, are available to residents of California. Full-Access Cards provide access to both physical and digital collections. Complete the online application below. The information submitted is confidential and used for library services only.
